Teeter Group welcomes Barbara J. Hoover, a Workers Compensation Specialist to their staff in February 2013. Barbara is responsible for coordinating the timely and effective delivery of claims and loss control services to ensure clients achieve their Workers' Compensation claim management objectives and reduce loss costs. Her focus is on the development of innovative solutions to drive claims to a quick and appropriate conclusion.

Teeter Group has been re-certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE). We are now also certified as a Small Diverse Business (SDB).
Employee News!
Brent Noel has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. The designation of CISR is gained by showing a comprehensive understanding of insurance risks and exposures by the successfully completing five courses and examinations in the areas of Agency Operations, Personal Residential Property, Personal Auto Exposures, Commercial Property and Commercial Casualty.
We would like to welcome two new employees to the agency! Christopher Drenning joins us as our new Life and Health Agent. Christopher will be focusing on selling Group Benefits. Derek Martin joins us as a Commercial Insurance Agent. Derek will be focusing on selling commercial accounts.
Community Involvement
Teeter Group sponsored the Home Nursing Agency's annual "Lights of Love" program. Lights of Love is a special tribute event that invites you to "shine your own special light" in honor or memory of someone dear to you. Selected trees throughout locations in 13-counties will be lit with bright lights. White lights represent the Hospice program, and blue lights represent Grief Services for children, adults and families. The trees were lit on Nov. 19th and will remain lit through Jan. 11, 2013. Several employees of Teeter participated in their tree lighting ceremonies in Blair and Bedford Counties.

Employees once again participated in the Annual Santa's Project sponsored by Family Services, Inc. Employees "adopted" a family for the holiday season providing parents and guardians with presents for the children to open on Christmas morning.
